Recently just baught an external hardrive to free up space on my laptop. Downloaded StorageCrypt and Lockngo to put protect it. All was working fine until this morning when i opened up my external hardrive went to unlock it using Storagecrypt (i typed in the password wrong first time, but fine the second) and found that the files were there, but still under encryption. Lockngo should have come into play at this point because that needed unlocking also to access the contents (lockngo is actually stored on the harddrive itself, where as storagecrypt works from the computer). When i drag my mouse over the encypted files the size of the original is still displayed. Does anyone know if i can get my data back from where i’m at? Would really apprechiate some advice, i’m rather stuck
