Hey, I’m using a 300GB external HDD and it was working fine until two days ago, now everytime i plug it into my laptop my computer detects the external USB storage device addition but it is not displayed in explorer and i cannot access any files on the HDD, it’s obvious there’s a virus on the stupid thing, i just wanted to know how i could fix it without loosing any data coz i have around 150GB of important data on it.
