Hi,
We have created multiple Public Folders and changed the e-mail address of these to reflect their usage. Users logged on via Outlook or OWA can send an e-mail to any of these public folders, e.g. expenses@abc.com and the message is delivered to the public folder. However, if any of our costumors (external) try to e-mail that address it is not delivered to the public folder and the sender gets a message stating:
The message could not be delivered because you do not have create
permissions on this folder or it is only available to folder owners at
this time
The rights for anonymous on the specific public folder is ‘Contributor’.
Bear in mind, that we do not want access to our public folders via OWA without the user actually loggin in to an account.
Best regards,
Henrik
