External POP in Exchange 2007

My company using Microsoft exchange 2007 x64 and I have one problem. Inside my company we have a local domain companyname.local but we also have external domain from our ISP companyname.com and we have email addresses at name@companyname.com. what I need is to receive this external emails (in POP or IMAP format) in my local exchange account.
