I am experiencing some serious problems. I have two internal C: (local and inside the pc, windows is installed here) and E: (seagate, makes noises so put it in a case and put it outside like an external). I have all my important data on E: (400GB) music, pixs, videos etc etc, i was deleting a few files and after a restart windows said i had few corrupt files and i wasn’t able access my music, pix, video folder and asked me to run chkdsk so i ran chkdsk/R and got most of the files ie i was able to access the folders again but i noticed that some videos had gone to 0 bytes, some pix said “preview no available” and music didn’t play and program files said the application or dll path is missing or corrupted. I have tried countless recovery programs to get the data back but i still can’t get it please help me!!!!!!!
