Recently i purchased a Hard disk drive media player all went well loaded files onto the drive and they all played on the tv. The player then crapped itself. Easy enough got a new box said box and old hard drive work perfectly on the tv but now my PC refuses to recognise and external hard drive. It comes up with ‘one of the usb devices connected to the computer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognise it. So in the device manager i just get unknown device in the USB list. In properties it says that there arent any drivers loaded and there are none to load.
