Extra Large Fortmats in Word 2003 Outlook 2003

By jewhite3 ·
1.When sending emails in Outlook 2003 with format set at Times New Roman 12 points I have suddenly began getting this huge letters about 16 or 18 points. This same thing happens when I am typing a reply.
2. The recipricants of the email say thr type size is 12 point TNR when they receive it.
3.The type size of messages recieved by me is correct.
4. This happens in HTML, rich text, regualar text.
5. The same problem occurrs in Word 2003 when I am typing a new document with the same 12 point settings.
6. When I reduce the settings back to 8 points it reduces the size of the typing some but the recipricants of messages say they receive it in 8 point type and it is too small to read.
7. Anything that I print from Word, Outlook etc prints out just fine.
8. There are no problems in Excell, Quickens, or IE 6 or Outlook express.
9.How can I correct this problem.
Thank You
John W

Hey jewhite...I think you accidentally zoomed in your text in Outlook. Try zooming out again by holding down the CTRL button and using the scroll of the mouse get it back to the size you wanted. This should be it
