My company has a regional office that access their computer through OWA. We are currenlty running Exchange 5.5 on a NT 4 server with all the lateset SP’s installed. The problem I am having is that everytime they (just that one office) try to compose a new email, they are prompted to login again. When I checked the Knowledgebase, they recommended upgrading to a higher internet explorer, which I did.I upgraded their internet explorer to 6 and yet, they are still getting the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
