In Windows XP Pro...when going to add/remove programs within XP - there are several "extra spaces" between several programs. How can these be removed? How did they get there?

Spyware and malware removal was the first thing completed, I also did a repair of Windows and this did not resolve. I seen a comment somewhere about AutoCad can cause this? Does this ring a bell?
similar post in XP forum. do you have Autocad 2000i as the last entry and then a huge gap to the bottom where your other apps are? autodesk has a patch for this if that is the case
Yes, the last entry is AutoCad and a major gap with a listing of 3 or 4 more apps then even more spacing. I'm not able to locate any information (patch or fix) on AutoDesk for this problem....
