Facebook Administrator Tell Your Fans Issues

From an organization page I created for my high school, Marketing, Tell Your Fans, I imported the csv file with email addresses but receive a most unexpected message: "Everyone on this list is already associated with your page." This is a new page and I need to email my class members to advise them of this new FB resource so they can become a fan or friend. There was a button that I now can't located to notify a fan by name. Tried to enter email address but no response. Entering a name is inadequate as the multiple persons with same name may exit. Very frustrating. Need a solution. I did not find a tag or sub category to post this question to. Your advice appreciated.

Two weeks to read a FAQ, but didn't contact FB?

Yeah, I know FB support sucks, which is one reason I'm bewildered that so many people use it.

But how the heck would anyone outside of FB know what is wrong with their system?
