I have inherited a v5.5 server that had Backup Exec v8 backing up the file system that crashed. After restoring the entire drive structure from tape, the Information Store service fails to start. All else is running as before. I suspect the database files are the problem. I can replace them with new files and the server will start, but I need the info in the old mailboxes. Is there a fix?
