Failed to Initialize?

Does anyone encounter this error when installing a fresh new copy of Windows 2000 server;

msdtc.exe

The application failed to initialize properly (0Xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application.

When I click OK PC freezes/hung…

Im on Configuring COM+….On Installing components.
