Failed to open Group Policy Object

I’m getting this error when trying to open the domain policy and the domain controller policy.

Failed to open Group Policy Object
Details: An invalid dn syntax has been specified.

Anybody know whats going on and how to fix this issue?? I didn’t see any Kb articles on this.
