I have a Linksys WMP54G. One minuite it was working fine, a few drop within 6 weeks. I thought I would ipconfig / release and renew. The card seemed to be working fine, network connection showed the globe, but it was only on local access; no internet. I tried to install the drivers from the disk it came with but it hanging at 30% for over an hour. I tried disable it in DM then uninstall it and received the message. I have run advanced system optimizer and did 3 reg cleaners. I have tried show gohst in DM, still can’t uninstall. I get a message at startup windows failed to install new hardware. I have tried the retards on Linksys chat romms 3 times. A friend suggested I disable network bootup in BIOS, Where? zI can’t find one that does.
I just want to uninstall it from my pc and reinstall it. Any options… This is costing me money…
