Failure Notice

One of my customers is trying to send a meeting request from his yahoo to my email box which uses exchange 2003.What can I do to resolve this?

He's getting the error below

No MX or A records for xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com

Can other people send email to you?

Are you the admin of the mail server?

The error message indicates the sending email server cannot see the mx records for your email server, MX records are essentially DNS settings to tell the sending email server where to send email for your domain.
