A day after installing a new video card, the computer(Dell Dimension 4600 3.0GHz) locked up. After a reboot, a blue screen eror message reported that a device IRQL did not match. Restoring the last known good configuration allowed the computer to boot, but soon the system went black and now won’t boot, the computer will just beep ~nine times and then nothing.
