Hi
I am having a problem with my P.C. When I boot up for the first time, everything goes fine. When I have to restart my system, however, I cannot get past the boot up screen. Not even into the BIOS. I have to switch the whole thing off at the wall to start again.
There seems to be no problem with the OS as this is a fresh install of Vista Home 32bit. Also a fresh install of XP pro was prior to this and I still had the same problem.
Any ideas what could be causing this? I suspect a power issue but I am not sure.
