Fast User Switching in XP

Hi,

The Fast User Switching is not working in XP. I tried changing the settings from Users, and check the tab for ‘Fast User Switching.’ But it does not funtion. When I click on ‘Log Off’, the Switch User button is available but it does not do anything.
