FAST utility

By St Aug Power House ·
Hello, I read your article in regards to migrating users from 2000 to xp via FAST Utility, great article. I follwed the step by step process, and the first step was to give the location of to where the files would be saved, I created a file on a network share, <user2> and browsed it, found it selected it, and when I hit the next button, nothing happens? I spoke with Microsoft, they claimn if it doesn't work, there is no support for that. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated as we have several pc's to upgrade.

on the network drive.
Allow permissions for the technician(s) to the share and just point to that location.
