fatal error

i have celeron 400 mhz 810 mothereboard ,128 mb sdram .i face fatal error in this pc.so i typed asd in run(automatic skip device)
i saw there 4 device
all are sam
calling a pnp bios =>get staticaly aaocated resource infornation.i saw this.
in detal
there when windows try to use this drver fatal error come.
