Every Time I startup this Win98 Machine with the crossover cable plugged into the network card I get the blue screen and FATAL EXCEPTION OE AT FFFF:FFFFFFFF. If I boot up with out the crossover cable plugged into another machine everything is fine,but as soon as I plug in the cable the blue screen instantly pops up. Can anyone tell me what this means or what I can do to solve it.
