Fatal Exception with Autoplay CD

Whenever I try to install an autoplay cd, i.e. SQL Server, Office or anything else, I get a BSOD. My error message is:

A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0028:E859BC59 in VXD SD32 VxD(01)+000007A9. The current application will be terminated.
