I've just upgraded my processor from a Cyrix 6X66MX to a KDII-2 500Mhz and my memeory is p100 64Mb.My motherboard is pc100 pcchips and when after it boots i get the message Fatal OE @ 0028:Cooo5338 in VXD VMM (01)+ 00004338.if i put my old Cyrix chip back in it works no problem,I'm baffled.Thanks for any help.

As you have changed the processor, you have to check the voltage settings. You need to change the voltage settings for processor. This type of error also can occur due to overheating of the processor.
1. Increase the core voltage to 2.4 by changing the jumper settings.
2.Install a cooling fan.

if you are running win95 and an AMD K6-2 over 300MHZ, you will need a software patch from AMD. you can find it on AMD's website. just look for the windows 95 patch.
