Fax and Data into one modem

I have a Win2K Professional system which I have configured to accept “incoming connections” from other machines via the attached modem. This work fine. I added fax sending anjd receiving support for Outlook 2000 using the Symantec Winfax Starter software. This works fine. The problem is that when I now dial into the machine with a data call it is answered by Winfax, recognised as not being a fax call and dropped. Does anyone know how to ensure that Winfax passes over non fax calls to the “Incoming Connections” RAS service? I have only one incoing line and one modem. I don’t want to start putting in faxes switches etc It must be possible in software musn’t it?
