Using WinFax Basic 9.0 on automatic receive for over a year. No change in software per user. Suddenly faxes from 2 company fax-only machines are perceived as voice calls by WinFax. Sometimes will be received as fax, but mostly voice. Using Viking 56k modem PC card modem, Win95, on Compaq Armada 1705 laptop. No voice call software being used. What could cause this situation? Only these 2 machines (Canon Laser Class 7000 and 8500) are creating the problem.
