I want to find out if it is possible to have a fax form be created for a contact that will automatically fill out info as the recipient’s name, phone number, etc? We’ve been able to do this in ACT!, where we would go to a contact and choose Write Fax Cover Page and it would open up a cover page with all the info filled out for the TO: and FROM: sections. Is there a way to do this with Outlook 2000?
