Fdisk Master Boot Record

We have a PC that possibly has a virus on the mbr. In Windows 98 we could fdisk the mbr and copy the mbr from another PC to remove the virus. We can’t do this in Windows 2000 as it doesn’t recognize the MSDOS prompt. Any suggestions on how we canremove a virus from the mbr in a Windows 2000 PC?
