Features of Win2k Advanced Server

What are the additional features that Win2k Advanced Server offers compared to WIn2k Server?

i have lots of folders on my win2k Server which are shared & each folders has different rights & NTFS Permissions to different users & Groups ? is therea utility that lists out all the shared folders & the rights & NTFS Permissions each folder has ?

When i take a backup of files & folders, will the NTFS permission also gets backed up ??
