Feedback Form Results

I have created a feedback form. I am forwarding the results of the form to database.
I also want these results to my email at the same time. How to Do ?

Hard to give actual code sample w/o knowing what you are programming in.

The simplist method would be to either save the results to a text file and send this, or send it as part of an email message body.

You could make it very simple by using the "Microsoft MAPI Controls" (msmapi32.ocx) even though it is somewhat limited as what features are available (see VB Help and sample files if this is in VB)
