As a field tech, daily I walk in on infected computers. Most are infected with so many spyware/virus’s I almost always recommend reformat/reload just to save time(and expense). But if they want me to try to clean their computer, I start with CCLeaner, then SpybotSD, then a good virus detector(at the present time AVG/free), occasionally smitfraudfix as a last solution as it can sometimes mess up everything…LOL….so tell me…when you walk in on a totally unprotected computer…what procedure do you follow….George Taylor
