Our current data structure is a mess. It basically consists of three shared drives, one for personal files, one for department level files (that never gets used), and one shared drive that consists of a dump of corporate data that is a mess. We would like to restructure and move all of our data into a consistent secure format that is intuitive to how the corporation is run. Does anyone know of any papers that were written on this process? It?s a massive project for us and requires the entire company?s attention. Your help is very appreciated.
