My wifes PC running Vista isn’t able to open pdf files that are attachments to an e-mail from inside the message. I get a message about no file association. I have to save the message to the desktop ( or other location outside the message ) and then open it with acrobat reader 9.1 . I’ve checked the file associations and acrobat reader is set to open pdf files. My wife can open other files (attachments) with no problem from inside the mail messages. Is there a way to set file associations specifically inside windows mail ?
