File \ Folder permissions

Something stupid, there was an existing shared folder on server 2003, shared to all users, i needed to change the file permissions but somehow I by accident added a deny entry and now i cannot change it back. I need help getting access to this folder. Please say someone can help me.

If you had permissions to 'deny' then

you have permissions to undo it.
Were you logged into the svr with another account?

Your system adminstrator should be able to reset permissions on the folder. the administrator account can always forcably take ownership of the folder and reset permissions.

Take Ownership of Folder...Owner will be able to modify take the deny off...
