Microsoft Excel:
A user created a file under excel a few days ago and the next time they tried to access the file they receive: File is not in recognizable format. I’ve tried performing some of the suggestions to recover the file, but none seem tohelp. I also restored the file from back up, up to the point when the file was in normal order, but I still get the same error. Running Office 2000 Professional. I also tried using office 97 to open it with. No luck. Thank you for yor help.
