That is because the netlogon share is in the system32 directory. You can no longer login because you have removed everyone's permission to use it. Did you leave anyone access to the directory? I suggest if you did, to log into the server and restorethe permissions. If there is no one with access to it anymore, you may have to install winnt again.
Good luck!

Turn on your computer and live it in CTRL+ALT+DEL screen.
Go to a server or other workstation and login with Domain Admin account. If you don't have a share for computer with problems create it for C:.
Access this computer via network and restore the permissions.
Restart computer with problems.
After you can login you can use <fixacls.exe> from resource kit to restore all default permissions.
Hope this help you.

Take out your disk and install it as a second disk in another NT Server or Workstation.

Navigate to that disk from Windows Explorer and reaply permissions that you removed.

Reinstall the disk in original system.

Hi,
You can put the Hard disk on another machine as slave and change it's permissions. If your systerm partition is FAT,You could try deleting SAM from
c:\winnt\system32\config\SAM by logging thro' a boot floppy. It'll bring your system to default permissions on reboot. You could log in with "administrator" with blank passwd. But other user accts you created would be lost.
