File/Print sharing is not working

I have 5PC’s in my cyber and connection coming through 10/100 media converter.After my ISP installed a login software the file/print sharing not working in the network.My comp work group name given as cybertch name given as cyber-1,cyber-2 up to cyber-5.In TCP/IP ip address given as 192.168.1.25(cyber-1),192.168.1.19,198.168.1.154,192.168.153,192.168.1.155(cyber-5).
subnet is 255.255.255.0.Gateway is 198.168.1.1.In DNS 198.168.1.1 and202.4.187.14 given. I have edited the LMHOSTS file and still network is not accessable. I have used the wwwfilesharepro software and now the file is sharing.pls tell me how to do it for printing
