hey everyone,
i am trying to see what is wrong with my laptop HP dv210ca it is running soooo very very sloowww…. restart and shut down is so slow, opening anything taking so slow, i deleted all the uncessary programs already, defragemented the HD, clean the tempory files, and etc. i also did restore to factory settings after a few days it goes back to being so slow.. i did check disk for error and its showing in everything “file record segment xxxxx is unreadable”
does it mean my Hard drive is bad? do i need to change it? please advice .. thanks
