File replication between servers

I have 2 w2000 Domain controllers. Server1 has users directories on it. Server2 is a second (backup) domain controller in case server1 catches on fire and burns. I want to set up file replication so the users files on server1 are replicated to server2. And then changes made during the day are replcated to the server2. Ideas????? All helpful answers will get points
