My firm has a client that is looking to automate their file room. They have about 350 subsidiary companies and all of their files are going to be located in one central location. Some of the information will be imaged, and some will be kept in a paper format. Does anyone know of a flexible system that will allow for setting up a file room automation system that allows for digital and physical file formats. They would like to barcode the physical files so that they can be easily tracked. They may also want to integrate it with their existing Secretariat database.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
