Site in question has recipe files that are created by local workstations and canned applications(win 98/xp/2000)on the network and then stored on the Novell server. These recipe files are used to make technology wafers and micro electronic components.
Management would like to restrict the files so that users cannot steal, sell or transmitt these files via interenet, email, floppies etc,….you get the idea
What is the best method to lock down the files with encryption and prevent users from taking the information?
