File server

I have a Windows Server 2003 Standard R2 and it is acting as Domain Controller, DNS, Active Directory & file server.I have created a Folder in the server i have given all permission to everyone, but i c’t acess the Folder it is showing access has been denied(but in windows 98 i can access the Foldern ,i c’t access in win xp).even i have reinstalled DNS.
