file sharing windows2000 and windows98se

hello friends,
my problem is, i have two pc , one with win2000pro and other with win98se, two are connected via a utp cable , i have set tcp/ip protocal's , both the system have same workgroup, both the system shows icons in network neighbour hood, but iam unable to access win2000 machine from win98se machine, but iam able to access win98se machine from win2000 machine.
please help thanks for yr cop.

On the windows 2000 pro computer you have to create a user account with the same name and password that you log into the win98se computer with.

After you create the account, you will need to give that account rights to the "Shared" folders on the win 2000 pro computer that you want that user to have access too.
