FILE SIZE LIMITATION in WIN2KPRO

By Shanghai Sam ·
I have recently try to convert a Video cassette using a Video capture Card. (Ulead Software 3SE). Whenever the file size reach 4 GB the Ulead program stops recording (no errors). I understand that win 98 had a file size limitation of 4GB but for Win2K NTFS system, this limitation has been removed. I am still wondering what could be the problem

Please help. Thanks

The problem could be with for video format that you are recording to. I remembered few years back, AVI has some file limitations which is only 2gb. Maybe you could capture in format like MPEG (if you card supports it).
