You are kind of vaque but....

I like to use Beyond Compare because if a multiple file transfer fails to copy you can run the transfer again and only move the ones that are left.

and as we are just guessing I will suggest ROBOCOPY.

Create a custom backup tool with Vista?s Robocopy


If you are useing XP you will need to download Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools to get a copy.
