How do I setup a filter so that I can monitor for new questions relating to a specific subject on TechRepublic

.. is to click on one of the tag "links" and then save that link to your workspace - then you can check the link for anything new added.

For instance you have networking listed as one of the tags in your post. Clicking this takes you to all posts marked as networking - http://techrepublic.com.com/5260-1-0.html?query=networking

is there an easy way

to get a FULL list of all tags, not just the hand picked ones that appear on the "browse by tag" section?

There is also a NEED to clean up the tags, since "networking" incorrectly shows in EVERY major category. Also, to have "windows" show up under the linux category is not exactly a sterling example of tags to find something relevant.
