Find Values From Range Sum Of Which Is Nearest To Target Value

PLS. anybody who can help me?
I’m looking for the solution of such a problem:
I have a range of numbers in the column (for example 7) and a target value
Numbes Target 10.3

13
No one combination of sum of numbers makes this target value.
But I don’t need to get the exact target value but approximate.
Who can help me with this problem? It is very important.
