finding a misplaced computer

one of my workstations have been tranfered in the company. i need to find where it went for administrative purposes. the computer name has been changed and may have been reimaged at this point. I do know its MAC address. i have located things using ping and ntbstat. is there a utility that will give me it’s netbios name or ip address by using its hardware address?
