I am looking for a search submission site that lists the best way to submit your site (maybe even provides links to all of the good search engine site submission pages). I would prefer not to pay, but if there is a site that is trusted amongst the web community that has a proven record of getting your site archived with quality placement, I would consider this.
Any information or discussion on this would be greatly appreciated.
