Finding abandoned files

I used to be a Netware 6.0 administrator. In netware I could login to the server web management page and run reports on file agings. These reports would tell me things like how long it had been since a file had been modified, where the file was located and who created the file. Then I could even click a button and have the old files moved to an archived or near line storage location.
Since I have been a Microsoft Administrator, I can’t even see how to find out when a file was last accessed or who the owner/creator is.
Short of running dir, how do i find the unused or abandoned files on my 2003 server. This will only give me the last modify date. I have 125GB of storage and only less than 10% free.
