Fingerprint sensor not working

I have Sony vaio VGN-SZ3XWP/C which has builtin fingerprint sensor but Windows does not
recognize the existence of the device that I can see – there are no entries in device manager.
I have reinstalled windows but still can’t see in device manager

Any ideas??
